E6 Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries. E6.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, the Environmental Information Regulations or any obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended), or any policy requirements as to transparency, the Contractor shall not make any press announcement or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the Authority.
