E911 Interconnection. 10.3.7.1 If required by CLEC, CenturyLink shall interconnect direct trunks from CLEC's network to the Basic 911 PSAP, or the E911 tandem. Such trunks may alternatively be provided by CLEC. If provided by CenturyLink, such trunks will be provided on a non-discriminatory basis. CenturyLink shall provide special protection identification for CLEC 911 circuits in the same manner as CenturyLink provides for its 911 circuits.
