EARLY LEAVE OF ABSENCE. The Employer may require a pregnant Employee to take an unpaid leave of absence while the duties of her position cannot reasonably be performed by a pregnant woman or the performance of the Employee's work is materially affected by her pregnancy and, in either case, she cannot be reasonably accommodated. Prior to making any determination with respect to an Employee’s ability to perform her duties, the Employer shall notify the Employee of its concerns and provide her with the opportunity to provide evidence that she can perform her work.
