Early Released Days. On days where the student attendance day is shortened under the relevant provisions of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/18-8.05), the teacher attendance day shall provide, as per Section 6.21 of the Agreement, a duty free lunch period at the end of the student attendance day. In addition, the length of the teacher attendance day shall not exceed the length of a normal school day.
