Early Space Acceptance Sample Clauses
The Early Space Acceptance clause allows a tenant to take possession of leased premises before the official lease commencement date, typically for purposes such as installing equipment or making preparations for business operations. This clause outlines the conditions under which early access is granted, such as requiring the tenant to comply with building rules and maintain insurance during the early access period, while often clarifying that rent may not be due until the lease officially begins. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for tenants to prepare their space in advance, thereby facilitating a smoother transition and timely start of business activities.
