Early Voting by Mail. The Contracting Officer shall receive mail ballot applications on behalf of the Town. All applications shall be processed by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Texas Election Code at the Election Office located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, 00000. All requests for early voting ballots to be voted by mail received by the Town shall be forwarded to the Contracting Officer immediately for processing.
