Common use of EARLY VOTING Clause in Contracts

EARLY VOTING. a) Under Sections 31.094 and 271.006 of the Texas Election Code, the Participating Political Subdivisions hereby appoint the Elections Administrator to be the early voting clerk for all of the political subdivisions participating in this Joint Election. The deputy early voting clerks that will be appointed by the Elections Administrator are listed in “Attachment D.”

EARLY VOTING. aThe Political Subdivision(s) Under agree to conduct early voting and to appoint the Elections Administrator as the Early Voting Clerk in accordance with Sections 31.094 31.097 and 271.006 of the Texas Election Code, Code to supervise the Participating Political Subdivisions hereby appoint the Elections Administrator to be the conducting of early voting clerk for all of the political subdivisions participating in this Joint Election. The person and by mail and supply personnel to serve as deputy early voting clerks that will be appointed by the Elections Administrator are listed in “Attachment D.”clerks.
