Common use of EARLY VOTING Clause in Contracts

EARLY VOTING. Each of the Participating Entities agrees to conduct its early voting jointly. Each of the Participating Entities appoints the Travis County Clerk, the early voting clerk for Travis County, as the early voting clerk for the joint election. Early voting for the Participating Entities will be conducted at the dates, times, and locations to be mutually agreed upon by the election officer and authorized and ordered by the governing body of each Participating Entity.
