Earned Wages and Accrued Benefits. Employees who are laid off shall be entitled to receive, on the next regular scheduled pay check after being laid off, all wages and any other benefits under this Agreement to which the employee is entitled.

Earned Wages and Accrued Benefits. Employees who are laid off shall be entitled to receive all wages and any other benefits under this Agreement to which the Employee is entitled by law. These payments and benefits shall be made in accordance with applicable law and the Employer’s practices and policies.
