Common use of EARNING EXTRA POINTS Clause in Contracts

EARNING EXTRA POINTS. You can earn Extra Points by using your Debit Card to purchase goods and services. You cannot earn Extra Points for cash advances, person-to-person transfers, or other transactions not conducted on the debit card network with your Debit Card. From time-to-time, we may introduce sign-up bonuses or other promotions to allow you to earn Extra Points in additional ways (“Activity Offer”). All other promotions will be subject to any additional terms and conditions specified in the applicable Activity Offer. Extra may specify other methods of earning Extra Points from time to time in its sole discretion, and all such methods will be governed by these Terms. Extra reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, add, or remove the methods by which you can earn Extra Points and the quantity of Extra Points you may earn.
