Extra Rewards Program Terms. The Extra Rewards Program has the following additional terms: a. The opportunities to earn and redeem points and make purchases using funds from your Partner Account through the Site or otherwise in accordance with offers by Extra are collectively referred to as the “Extra Rewards Program.” The Extra Rewards Program is one of the Services offered by Extra. Subject to the eligibility requirements stated herein, participation in the Extra Rewards Program is voluntary and is not required to obtain any other Services. If you would prefer not to participate in the Extra Program, please contact us at xxx@xxxxx.xxx. b. Participation in the Extra Rewards Program and the opportunities to earn points and redeem points are offered at the sole discretion of Extra and are subject to your compliance with the Terms. EXTRA MAY LIMIT, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE YOUR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXTRA REWARDS PROGRAM IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU. c. We may require you have a Membership Plan, and Extra Account in good standing (i.e., active, current on payment of Membership Fees, with no failed ACH debits) to participate in the Extra Rewards Program. d. You can enroll in the Extra Rewards Program by (a) logging on to our Site; and (b) registering for an Extra Account. Extra reserves the right to delay enrollment until your membership eligibility is confirmed. e. By opening and using your Debit Card, purchasing qualifying products and services and participating in various activities using the Site, you are automatically enrolled in the Extra Rewards Program. You may also be enrolled in the Extra Rewards Program if you have an active Extra membership without a Debit Card. Once enrolled, you are a member (“Rewards Member”), and you may earn Extra Points on transactions made with your Debit Card if you sign up for a Membership Plan with a rewards feature (“Rewards Plan”) , which can be redeemed for products and services made available at redemption prices denominated in Extra Points through the Site (“Rewards”, as further defined and described below in Section 11.n). You may also purchase goods from the Site using U.S. dollars withdrawn from your Partner Account, as explained above in Section 1.   • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. ACE will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.
