Easements and Other Real Estate Interests. The City shall ensure that any necessary easements include sufficient authority, including assignability, for the District to perform the Project and all responsibilities herein and in the future. The City hereby grants the District access to the public rights-of-way necessary to perform the Project. The City shall grant and/or assign any easements and/or other rights of entry to the District for access necessary to perform the Project and for future stormwater inspection and maintenance in accordance with the RSMP Service Agreement.
Easements and Other Real Estate Interests. The City shall be responsible for acquiring, at the City’s cost, all temporary access and permanent easements, and other real estate interests necessary to perform the Project and to perform long-term maintenance of the force main.
