port of entry means a port of entry in the United States, as defined by part 101 of the customs regulations (19 CFR part 101), or a user fee airport authorized under 19 U.S.C. 58b and list- ed in part 122 of the customs regula- tions (19 CFR part 122).
Rights-of-Way means easements, licenses, rights-of-way, permits, servitudes, leasehold estates, instruments creating an interest in real property, and other similar real estate interests.
point of entry /"Point of Exit" means a location designated for the in-country arrival of inspection teams for inspections pursuant to this Convention or for their departure after completion of their mission.
Public Rights-of-Way means the area on, below, or above a public roadway, highway, street, public sidewalk, alley, waterway, or utility easements dedicated for compatible uses.
Has a record of such impairment means has a history of, or has been misclassified as having, a mental or physical impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
Entry means admission to a Department-funded developmental disability service.
Date of Entry means the date this Consent Decree is approved or signed by the United States District Court Judge.
Contract Rights means all rights of any Assignor under each Contract, including, without limitation, (i) any and all rights to receive and demand payments under any or all Contracts, (ii) any and all rights to receive and compel performance under any or all Contracts and (iii) any and all other rights, interests and claims now existing or in the future arising in connection with any or all Contracts.
Water Rights means: (1) with respect to any Person, all of such Person’s right, title and interest in and to any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to property owned or leased by such Person, and (2) with respect to any property, any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to such property.
Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;
Access Rights means licences and user rights to foreground or background;

Contract of Sale means a contract for the sale of an object by a seller to a buyer which is not an agreement as defined in (a) above;
Prone restraint means a restraint in which a student is held face down on the floor.
Commencement of Construction means the commencement of construction of foundation components or elements (such as footings, rafts or piles) for the home.
Surface Rights is defined in Section 2.2(h).
Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.
Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.
Hearing impairment means an impairment in hearing, whether permanent or fluctuating, that adversely affects the child's educational performance but that is not included under the definition of deafness in this section.
Direct Rights means the rights referred to in Clause 2.1 (Direct Rights - Creation);
Contractor Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by Contractor and developed independently from the Services.
Business Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by the Group Companies and (b) any other Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by Seller or any of its other Subsidiaries and used solely in the conduct of the Business.
Expungement , as used in section 19-1-306, means the designation of juvenile delinquency records whereby such records are deemed never to have existed.
Appurtenant Rights means (i) all agreements, easements, rights of way or use, rights of ingress or egress, privileges, appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments and other rights and benefits at any time belonging or pertaining to the Land or the Improvements, including, without limitation, the use of any streets, ways, alleys, vaults or strips of land adjoining, abutting, adjacent or contiguous to the Land and (ii) all permits, licenses and rights, whether or not of record, appurtenant to the Land.
Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.
Contract Right means any right, power or remedy of any nature under any Contract including rights to receive property or services or otherwise derive benefits from the payment, satisfaction or performance of another party’s Obligations, rights to demand that another party accept property or services or take any other actions, and rights to pursue or exercise remedies or options.
