Temporary Access. An approved contractor may request a temporary permit to be issued for a period up to 15 working days for sub-contractors and/or additional labour.
Temporary Access. The Contractor shall not prohibit access to the property without prior notification to the property owner. If access is prohibited for longer than a five (5) calendar day period where owner has only one access, temporary access shall be provided. Temporary access shall consist of AB-3 aggregate, wood planks, or any other means of providing access to the property. This work shall not be paid for directly but shall be subsidiary to other bid items.
Temporary Access. Visitors who are not in the n+2 security system must be pre-approved by an authorized account administrator and n+2 NOC staff. Such requests for access are to be submitted via email to xxx@xxxxx0.xxx (email request MUST contain the visitor’s full name as it appears on their government issued photo ID). Monitoring: n+2 NOC staff will monitor all n+2 Data Center activity. The forms of monitoring may include video, audio and motion surveillance, physical surveillance, or other forms of monitoring and recording. Sign In/Sign Out Procedures: n+2 relies on the security system to track the In/Out activity of clients.
Temporary Access. PPS grants Licensee a revocable temporary license to enter that portion of the Property shown or described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "License Area") between start time and end time during the period start date, year, through end date, year, for the sole purpose of the Permitted Use. While this Agreement is effective, Licensee shall have the right to use the driveways and parking lots at the Property for ingress and egress to the License Area during such time period and during such hours.
Temporary Access. From the date of this Agreement, through and including March 31,2016, Property Owner hereby grants to Contractor, the Borough Of Stone Harbor; the engineering firm COWI North America Inc. and their respective agents, employees, representatives, designees and assigns (“Grantees”) a temporary non-exclusive access easement over, on, under, upon, and across the Property including access to the Boat Slip, at all times to dredge and perform all acts necessary to ensure fulfillment of all requirements of dredging the Boat Slip in compliance with the Permits and the Borough Contract and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by COWI North America Inc., all of which Grantees shall be authorized to perform in their sole discretion.

Grantor hereby grants Grantee and its respective agents, officers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and their respective agents, officers and employees (each a “Grantee Party”), with necessary equipment, the temporary non-exclusive right to (i) enter upon and have access to the Property depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B; and
Temporary Access. The City agrees, subject to Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) approval, to provide Owner with temporary access from the Property onto Highway 34. Owner agrees that no final plat needing this temporary access from the Property onto Highway 34 shall be approved until NDOR has approved the temporary access. The temporary access and associated turn lanes shall be constructed by Owner at Owner’s own cost and expense. The temporary access to Highway 34 will be removed when the Property has two (2) alternate permanent paved access connections to the City’s continuous paved arterial street system. In order to ensure the temporary nature of the access, the street the temporary connection to Highway 34 takes access from shall (1) be designed and built in its permanent configuration as a concrete paved cul-de-sac with curb and gutter; (2) a 24-foot wide temporary asphalt roadway without curb and gutter shall be constructed from the end of the cul-de-sac to Highway 34; and (3) the temporary asphalt roadway shall be signed with traffic control signs approved by the City’s Department of Public Works and Utilities indicating the asphalt roadway connection to Highway 34 is a temporary access.
Temporary Access. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that it will construct a temporary access on the Xxxx Boulevard road allowance to provide for emergency access to Phase 2 and to augment the access to Phase 2 from Fox Street at its own expense.
Temporary Access. (1) Xxxxxx Parties agree to the “curb cut” closure of Xxxxxx Xxxx onto FM 158 right of way as it exists on the date of this Agreement and the opening of the alternative driveway from the Extension to Xxxxxx Xxxx depicted on the attached drawing labeled Attachment “B” (the “Alternate Lane”).
(2) City or its contractors, at City’s sole expense, shall construct and complete the Alternate Lane, with associated installation of fences and cattle guards necessary to assure that livestock on all adjoining properties remain enclosed within such properties.
(3) The Alternate Lane, shall be constructed in such a manner that at its intersection with Xxxxxx Xxxx, there is sufficient turn radius for Xxxxxx Parties, Xxxxxxx, and their respective employees and invitees, to safely maneuver trucks, equipment and cattle trailers through the bend in Alternate Lane, as it intersects Xxxxxx Xxxx. To the extent possible, the Alternate lane will be constructed using materials from the portion of Xxxxxx Xxxx being removed. The Alternate Lane will be constructed to substantially the same standard as Xxxxxx Xxxx.
Temporary Access. Tenant may not enter the Premises to commence the Development Tasks until Xxxxxx has provided a Notice to Proceed with Design (if so indicated in the Agreement). Thereafter, Tenant may not enter the Premises to install the System until Lessor has provided a Notice to Proceed with Installation. During the Installation Period, Lessor grants Tenant a license to the Premises to install the System as depicted in Schedule B.
