EDUCATION CHANGE COMMITTEE. 1. The Board and the Union agree to establish a joint Education Change Committee. 2. The Board shall provide release time for the members of the committee. 3. The committee shall discuss the implementation of new educational programs/curriculum and recommend to the Board how these programs might best be implemented. This may include recommendations on how implementation funds might be allocated on a district and/or school basis.
