Education Increments. The Hospital will pay the following educational increments when a Nurse is employed in a capacity in which she/he is required by the Hospital to have any of the following educational qualifications for the performance of her/his job: (i) Post Graduate Course in Nursing – $15.00 per month. (ii) N.U.A. (Nursing Unit Administration) – $15.00 per month. To be paid to Assistant Head Nurses only.
