Pursuant to Sec. 302D-23, HRS, the School shall comply with the minimum educational data reporting standards established by the Board of Education (BOE) and with additional data reporting required by the Commission in its oversight of this Contract and shall ensure all data is accurate and complete provided that the Commission will attempt to reconcile any discrepancies in consultation with the School.
