EDUCATIONAL PROVISION. 10.1 The Courtauld will: 10.1.1 deliver your programme with reasonable care and skill; and 10.1.2 clearly explain the academic requirements of your programme to you. 10.2 You must use all efforts to fulfil all the academic requirements of your programme in accordance with the terms of the Contract, the requirements for which are set out in the Programme Handbook.
