Educator Compensation. Educators shall receive a one dollar ($1) premium while educating, preparing a course, or necessary course follow up, provided that preparation and follow up will be completed on premises and limited to a maximum of two hours of preparation time and one hour of follow up time. Additional hours needed for course preparation or follow up will be subject to approval of the Chief Nursing Officer or designee.
