Beginning in the planning year, and lasting through the duration of this agreement, the WLC efforts must authentically and consistently engage educators, who are in front of students every day and know what their students need. The WLC in collaboration with the local unions will ensure continuous efforts to amplify educator voice in the planning and implementation of this agreement.
