Effect and Modification of Lease. No variation, modification, amendment or waiver of this Lease, including any schedules or exhibits hereto, or any other Operative Agreement to which Agent or any Lessor is a party shall be valid unless the same shall have been entered into in accordance with Article X of the Participation Agreement.
