EFFECT OF ABSENCES ON ACCRUALS. No vacation will accrue in any month during which employees are absent for more than one-half (1/2) of their standard working hours except where absence is due to the following paid absences: vacation, holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty, voting time off, or military leave.
