Effect of Agreement Upon Title to Property. In accordance with the provisions of Government Code section 65868.5, from and after the time of recordation of this Agreement, the Agreement shall impart such notice thereof to all persons as is afforded by the recording laws of the State of California. The burdens of this Agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of this Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the Parties to this Agreement.

  • Intent of Agreement 3.1 Execution of this Agreement is a representation that the Contractor has carefully examined the Contract Documents and the site, and represents that the Contractor shall become familiar with the nature and location of each Project, the Worksite, the specific conditions under which the Services are to be performed, and all matters which may in any way affect the Work or its performance.
