Entirety of Agreement. The Special Provisions and these General Provisions contain the entire Agreement of the parties; there are no other promises, representations or warranties. Any modification of this Agreement shall be by written instrument. Any conflict between the Special Provisions and these General Provisions shall be resolved in favor of the Special Provisions. The section headings are for convenience only and shall not limit or change the subject matter of this Agreement.
