Effect of Continued Event of Force Majeure. Following the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Operator shall take all reasonable measures to mitigate or limit the amount of Operating Expenses until the effects of the Force Majeure Event are remedied. Operator shall consult with Owner with respect to its plans to mitigate or limit such Operating Expenses and shall take such actions as are reasonably directed by Owner. Owner shall continue to pay such reduced Operating Expenses as provided herein.
