Common use of Effect of Entries Clause in Contracts

Effect of Entries. The failure to make entries for the accounts maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section or the failure of any Lender or Administrative Agent to maintain such accounts shall not in any manner affect the obligations of any Credit Party to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
