Project Payments. The detailed instructions for project payments will be included in the Technical Direction Letter to be issued by the CMF on a project by project basis.
Project Payments. Project Payments are NOT REFUNDABLE. Thirty-Three percent (33%) of the total Project Payments stated in the PFSA shall be paid by Client to i-Showcase upon Client’s execution of this Agreement and the related PFSA. i-Showcase’s duty to commence its services under this Agreement shall begin upon its receipt, in good funds, of this initial payment from Client and receipt of this Agreement and the PFSA, as executed by Client. The remaining Project Payments due by Client to i-Showcase under this Agreement, and the related due dates of such payments, are set forth in the PFSA.
Project Payments. Payments for the Project will be made in US dollars ($) to Awardee’s bank account identified on the Agreement Summary. CEPI will make payments in advance covering the planned activities for the subsequent six (6) month period, and beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Project Payments. Under each Project Agreement, MRK will compensate ArcherDX for ArcherDX’s Activities according to the Milestones specified in the Project Agreement, which shall be due and payable in accordance with the following schedule:
5.1.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement, [**], following the DLs’ approval of the initiation of the corresponding Project Phase and MRK’ receipt of the corresponding invoice; and
5.1.2 Unless otherwise stated in the Project Agreement, [**], following receipt of the Final Report for the corresponding Project Phase and corresponding invoice.
Project Payments. The Borrower shall prepay the Term Loans in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the net proceeds received from Material Project Parties pursuant to Material Project Documents in connection with amounts received by the Borrower in respect of termination payments, indemnity payments and damages payments due under the terms of such Material Project Documents, to the extent that such payments exceed the Losses of the Borrower in connection with the events and/or circumstances resulting in such payments becoming due.
Project Payments. Subject to section 7, the Province will, during the term of this Project Appendix, make annual Project Payments, calculated in accordance with schedule 1 (Calculation of Project Payments), and the Project Payments will be disbursed in two equal payments: the first payment to be paid on or before September 30th, and the second payment to be paid on or before March 31st.

4.2 Stendhal will submit to Advaxis a sales report (the “Monthly Report”), setting forth, on a country-by-country basis: (i) the country of sale; (ii) the date of each Stendhal sales invoice; (iii) the invoice number of each Stendhal sales invoice; (iv) the number of Units of the Product that Stendhal sold in such country during such calendar month; (v) Stendhal’s Invoiced Unit Price for the Product stated in local currency; (vi) Stendhal’s Total Invoice Amount for each invoice stated in local currency; (vii) any discount or commercial terms given to the customer and reflected on the invoice, stated in local currency; (viii) the Initial Net Sales amount (Total Invoice Amount less discounts and commercial terms) stated in local currency; (ix) the U.S. Dollar exchange rate for the local currency as of the last business day of such calendar month; (x) Stendhal’s Total Invoice Amount for each invoice stated in U.S. Dollars; (xi) actual duties and customs expenses incurred by Stendhal on the sale of the Product stated in U.S. Dollars; (xii) packaging, labeling, QA and manufacturing expenses incurred by Stendhal to finish the Product stated in U.S. Dollars; (xiii)
