EFFECT OF HOLIDAY. In the event a holiday occurs during an operator's vacation, the operator shall have the option, in writing, to: A. Be compensated for the holiday and vacation time and charged vacation hours, or B. Be compensated for the holiday only and not be charged with or compensated for vacation hours.
