Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The Parties recognize the right of Metropolitan to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the PLA as part of any bid specification should a court of competent jurisdiction issue any order or should a government agency take action to enforce any applicable statute or regulation that could result, temporarily or permanently, in delay of the bidding, awarding, and/or construction on the project, or jeopardize project funding.
