Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 or 8.1.4 hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 or 9.1.4 hereof had not occurred.

Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation pursuant to Sections 7.1(b)(i), 7.1(b)(iii) and 7.1(b)(vi) hereof will be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 7.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member will, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 7.1 if such special allocations had not occurred. It is anticipated that all allocations pursuant to Section 7.1(b)(v) will be offset by allocations pursuant to Section 7.1(b)(ii) hereof. To the extent the Tax Matters Partner determines that any amount allocated pursuant to Section 7.1(b)(v) hereof is unlikely to be offset by a countervailing allocation of income from Section 7.1(b)(ii) hereof, then so much of such allocation as the Tax Matters Partner has determined is unlikely to be offset will also be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 7.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations will, to the extent possible, equal the net amount that would be allocated to such Member in the absence of such special allocation.
Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocations of income or gain pursuant to Section 3.4(b) or 3.4(c) shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations pursuant to Section 3.3 and this Section 3.4(j), so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if such allocations pursuant to Section 3.4(b) or 3.4(c) had not occurred.
Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Subsection 9.1.3 or Subsection 9.1.4 hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Subsection 9.1.3 or Subsection 9.1.4 hereof had not occurred.
