Effect of termination on existing reservations. The Restaurateur acknowledges that Diners may reserve tables in the Restaurant up to the termination date of this Agreement and that such reservations may be for dates subsequent to the termination of this Agreement. Therefore, unless such reservations for meal dates subsequent to the termination of this Agreement are canceled by TheFork for one of the reasons laid out in this Agreement, the Restaurateur must keep the details of those reservations and must honor them. TheFork will invoice the Restaurateur for such reservations and the Restaurateur agrees to pay these invoices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
