Effect on Contract. Except as expressly provided herein, all provisions of the Contract, including but not limited to the capacity payment provisions, shall remain in effect and unchanged and shall not be affected by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing herein shall be read to extend the term of the Contract.
