Effect on liability of ESCOM. Notwithstanding any liability or obligation that may arise under this Agreement, any loss, damage, liability, payment, obligation or expense which is insured or not or for which the Solar Power Developer can claim compensation, under any Insurance shall not be charged to or payable by ESCOM.
