Obligations of ESCOM. ESCOM agrees Obligations of ESCOM:
Obligations of ESCOM. 6.1.1 ESCOM shall, at its own cost and expense undertake, comply with and perform all its obligations set out in this Agreement or arising hereunder.
6.1.2 ESCOM shall make timely payments of Tariff to the Solar Power Developer as per the procedure set out in Article 12.
6.1.3 ESCOM agrees to provide support to the Solar Power Developer and undertake to observe, comply with and perform, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Applicable Laws, the following:
a) upon written request from the Solar Power Developer, and subjec t to t he Solar Power Developer complying with Applicable Laws, provide reasonable support and assistance to the Solar Power Developer in procuring Applicable Permits required from any government agencies for implementation and operation of the Project; b) not do or omit to do any act, deed or thing which may in any manner be violative of any of the provisions of this Agreement;

6.1.3 ESCOM agrees to provide support to the Developer and undertake to observe, comply with and perform, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Applicable Laws, the following:
a) upon written request from the Developer, and subject to the Developer complying with Applicable Laws, provide reasonable support and assistance to the Developer in procuring Applicable Permits required from any government agencies for implementation and operation of the Project;
b) not do or omit to do any act, deed or thing which may in any manner violate any of the provisions of this Agreement;
c) act reasonably, while exercising its discretionary power under this Agreement; and d) support, cooperate with and facilitate the Developer in the implementation and operation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

Obligations of ESCOM. (i) To allow Company to the extent possible to operate the Project as a base load generating station subject to system constraints.
(ii) Subject to system constraints to off-take and purchase the Electricity generated by the Company at the Delivery Point.
(iii) To make tariff payments to the Company as set out in Clause 5.1.
(iv) To accord approval within a reasonable period for the Interconnection/evacuation Facilities to be constructed by the Company where the Interconnection/evacuation is at 33 KV or lower Voltage.
(v) To coordinate with the Corporation and assist the Company in obtaining approval for the Interconnection/evacuation Facilities where the
(vi) To provide startup power required for the plant as and when necessary and requested for and to provide supply of electricity from the grid to the project when there is no generation in the project, on application requiring such supply.
Obligations of ESCOM. ESCOM agrees
(i) To allow Company to the extent possible to operate the Project as a base load generating station subject to system constraints.
(ii) Subject to system constraints to off-take and purchase the Electricity generated by the Company at the Delivery Point.
(iii) To make tariff payments to the Company as set out in Article 5.
(iv) to accord approval within a reasonable period for the Interconnection Facilities to be constructed by the Company where the interconnection is 33 KV or Lower Voltage.
(v) To coordinate the KPTCL and assist the Company in obtaining approval for the interconnection facilities where the interconnection is at 66 KV or above voltages, for synchronization, Commercial Operation, Regular Operation etc., as required by the Company.
(vi) to provide start up power required for the plant as and when necessary and requested for.
Obligations of ESCOM. ESCOM agrees:
a. To allow SPD to the extent possible to operate the Project as a must run generating station subject to system constraints.
b. Subject to system constraints to off-take and purchase the Electricity generated by the SPD at the Delivery Point as per Clause 3.4 and Clause 3.5 of this agreement.
c. To make tariff payments to the SPD as set out in Clause 5.1.
d. To provide start up power required for the plant as and when necessary and requested for subject to system constraints.
e. ESCOM agrees to provide support to the SPD and undertake to observe, comply with and perform, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Applicable Laws, the following:
(i) support, cooperate with and facilitate the SPD in the implementation and operation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
(ii) not do or omit to do any act, deed or thing which may in any manner be violative of any of the provisions of this Agreement;
(iii) act reasonably, while exercising its discretionary power under this Agreement;
