Effect on Loan Agreement. The Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, shall be and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its respective terms and hereby is ratified and confirmed in all respects. The execution, delivery, and performance of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of or, except as expressly set forth herein, as an amendment of, any right, power, or remedy of Agent or any Lender under the Loan Agreement, as in effect prior to the date hereof.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms of the Loan Agreement shall be unaffected by this Amendment and shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing contained in this Amendment shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any rights of the Lender, or to affect, modify, or impair any of the Lender’s rights under the Loan Documents.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are, in all other respects, ratified and confirmed and remain in full force and effect. No reference to this Amendment need be made in any notice, writing, or other communication relating to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, any such reference to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents to be deemed a reference thereto as respectively amended by this Amendment. All references to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents in any document, instrument, or agreement executed in connection with the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents will be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents as respectively amended hereby.

The consents contained herein are limited to the specifics hereof, shall not apply with respect to any facts or occurrences other than those on which each such consents are based, shall not excuse future non-compliance with the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document, (as they may from time to time be amended), except and only to the extent expressly set forth herein, shall not operate as a waiver of an amendment of any right, power or remedy of Foothill, nor as a consent to any further or other matter, under any of the Loan Documents.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Loan Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall not constitute a novation of the Loan Agreement, but shall constitute an amendment thereof.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the execution, delivery, and performance of this Fifth Amendment shall not operate as a waiver or an amendment of any right, power, or remedy of the Lender under the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document. Except to the extent expressly amended hereby, the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall be unaffected hereby, shall continue in full force and effect, are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed, and shall constitute the legal, valid, binding and enforceable obligations of Borrower to the Lender.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Licensors acknowledge and agrees that this License is not intended to limit or restrict in any way the rights and remedies of Licensee under the Loan Agreement but rather is intended to facilitate the exercise of such rights and remedies.
Effect on Loan Agreement. Except as hereby expressly modified, the Loan Agreement and Note shall otherwise be unchanged and shall remain in full force and effect, and Borrower ratifies and reaffirms all of its obligations under the Loan Agreement. All references in other Loan Documents to the Loan Agreement will mean the Loan Agreement as hereby amended. All references in other Loan Documents to the Note will mean the Note as hereby amended.
