Common use of Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Effect on Other Employee Benefit Plans. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the right of the Employee to participate in or be covered by any qualified or non-qualified pension, profit-sharing, group, bonus or other supplemental compensation or fringe benefit plan constituting a part of the Employer’s existing or future compensation structure. However, any payments made under this Agreement shall not constitute compensation for purposes of determining benefits under any other plan or arrangement.
