Effect on This Agreement. Any termination of Employee's employment and any expiration of the Period of Employment under this Agreement shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Sections 7.2, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect with respect to Employer and Employee, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 7.1 hereof shall be deemed to operate or shall operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any liability of Employee to Employer or others from any action or omission by Employee enumerated in Section 6.1(c) hereof as a possible basis for termination of Employee's employment for Cause.
Effect on This Agreement. The termination of Executive's employment shall not affect the continuing operation and effect of Sections 6.4 and 7 hereof, nor affect any obligation of the Company to make payments pursuant to Section 6 hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect upon the Company and Executive, and its and his heirs, successors and assigns. Nothing in Section 6.1 or 6.4 hereof shall be deemed to operate or shall operate as a release, settlement or discharge of any liability of Executive to the Company (a) from any act or omission by Executive enumerated in Section 6.1 which constituted a reason for termination of Executive's employment for Cause or (b) in connection with any amount Executive owes to the Company pursuant to a loan or other advance.
Effect on This Agreement. Any agreement, authorization, right, or determination to provide Cable Services or Video Services to Subscribers in the Franchise Area under this Section 1.5 shall supersede this Agreement.

The Revolver Commitment allocated to each Assignee shall reduce such Revolver Commitment of the assigning Lender pro tanto.
Effect on This Agreement. Tenant agrees that this Rental Agreement, together with the Park Rules and Application, contains the entire Agreement between the parties regarding the rental of space within the Park. All prior negotiations or stipulations concerning this matter which preceded or accompanied the execution of this Agreement are conclusively deemed to have been superseded by this written Agreement. This Agreement completely supersedes any prior Agreement of the parties, whether in writing or oral.
