RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION (a) This Agreement shall become effective on the date first written above and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Portfolio or the Investment Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or (ii) by the vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Portfolio. The aforesaid provision that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Effective Date, Suspension and Termination Section 6.01. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution by the parties.
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.

This Agreement takes effect on the Effective Date and shall continue to be in force for , or until all obligations of the Parties have been fully discharged. Unless one Party notifies the other of its intention to terminate this Master Agreement at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the current term, this Agreement will be automatically extended for an identical duration and under the same terms as stipulated herein.
Amendment and Termination No amendment, modification, termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing signed by both the parties hereto. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar) nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
