Effective Date for Eligible Members. The effective date of coverage for Eligible Members who are eligible on the effective date of this Agreement is January 1, 2023. For an Eligible Member who becomes eligible after the effective date of this Agreement, the effective date of coverage is the first day of the month following the date the Eligible Member joins the Group. Any required waiting period will not exceed 90 days.
