Effective Date Of Approval. Debt set- tlement offers will not be accepted until the borrower receives written ap- proval from the Agency.
Effective Date Of Approval. This Agreement shall be effective and enforceable on the date on which the last judgment by the last Court finally approving this Agreement (finding this Agreement to be a fair and reasonable settlement and dismissing the Litigation with prejudice) and the settlement agreements in the Related Litigation are no longer appealable (i.e., the thirty-first (31st) day after entry of judgment), or if an appeal has been filed, the date on which the appeal and any subsequent proceedings are final.
