Common use of Effective Date of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Assignment. The effective date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option B Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option B Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option B Interest, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option B Interests, shall be January 1, 2009.

Effective Date of Assignment. The effective date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option B C Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option B C Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option B InterestC Interests, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option B C Interests, shall be January 1, 2009.

Effective Date of Assignment. The effective date Effective Date of the assignments of the (i) Orcutt GTL Option B A Interests, (ii) Orcutt PEL Option B A Interests, (iii) Orcutt OPL Option B InterestA Interests, and (iv) NW Casmalia Option B A Interests, shall be January July 1, 20092008.
