For Category X and I airports, the effective date of an airport-wide shift bid implementation will be no less than twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date that the final shift bid results are posted. For Category II, III and IV airports, the effective date of an airport-wide shift bid implementation will be no less than twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date that the final shift bid results are posted.
