EFFECTIVE DATE OF CHANGES. Unless We and The Policyholder agree otherwise in writing, the effective date of any change in benefits will be the first day of the Coverage month that next follows the date We send notice to the Certificateholder of the change in benefits and corresponding change in premiums. The Policy, together with all Riders, will terminate at the earliest of the following events:
