Effective Date of Executed Addendum. An entity executing a copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party as a Nominal Funder shall be recognized as a Party to this Funding Agreement and as a party to the Finance Agent Agreement on the date of the addendum’s execution. An entity executing a copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party as a Full Funder shall be recognized as a Party to this Funding Agreement and as a party to the Finance Agent Agreement on the date the requirements of (a) or (b) below are satisfied. Such effective dates are referred to as the “Effective Date of Executed Addendum.”

  • Effective Date of the Agreement The date indicated in the Agreement on which it becomes effective, but if no such date is indicated, it means the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the last of the two parties to sign and deliver.

  • Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.

  • Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.
