Effective Date of First Amendment. This First Amendment shall take effect on ___________, 2012.
Effective Date of First Amendment. The following definition is added to the Loan Agreement:
Effective Date of First Amendment. This First Amendment shall be effective commencing effective as of August 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date of First Amendment. The effective date of this First Amendment shall be March 18, 2003.
Effective Date of First Amendment. This Amendment will become effective as of the date first above written. From and after the effective date of this First Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "hereof," "herein" or words of like import, and each reference in the Operative Agreements or any other documents entered into in connection with the Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Effective Agreement as amended by this First Amendment.
Effective Date of First Amendment. From and after the date of this First Amendment, the Lease shall be amended as set forth below.
Effective Date of First Amendment. The terms and conditions of this First Amendment shall not become effective until satisfaction of all of the following conditions:
(a) The City and the Authority shall have approved this First Amendment and the amendments to those other agreements executed in connection with the Original Development Agreement which in the City's judgment require amendment. Any conditions imposed in connection with the City's and/or Authority's approval of this First Amendment and such other agreements shall have been satisfied.
(b) The Guaranty Deposit in the amount of $2,000,000.00 shall have been deposited with the City.
(c) The legal fees referred to in Paragraph 9 above shall have been paid to the City.
(d) The Parties shall have executed and delivered this First Amendment and amendments to those other agreements executed in connection with the Original Development Agreement which in the City's judgment require amendment. If the conditions contained in this Paragraph 18 are not satisfied or waived by the City and the Authority on or before June 30, 2004, then the terms and conditions of this First Amendment shall automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect and the Original Development Agreement will continue unmodified and in full force and effect.
Effective Date of First Amendment. This FIRST AMENDMENT is effective at such time as it is properly executed by the CITY and CONTRACTOR.
Effective Date of First Amendment. This First Amendment, and the respective rights and obligations of Landlord and Tenant hereunder, shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution and delivery hereof (the "First Amendment Effective Date").
