Common use of Effective Date of Policies Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Policies. The insurance required by this Section shall be maintained by Contractor in full force and effect at all times during prosecution of the Work and (unless otherwise noted below) until two (2) years after the Date of Completion. Builder's Risk insurance needs only to be in place during construction as discussed below.
