Common use of Effective Date: Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date: Term of Employment. This Agreement shall be effective as the Effective Date. Executive's term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and, subject to the terms hereof, shall terminate on the Termination Date; provided, however, that any termination of Employment by Executive for Good Reason or pursuant to the Change in Control provisions of Section 8 may only be made on 30 days' prior written notice and any other termination of employment by Executive other than for death, Permanent Disability or Good Reason may only be made upon 90 days' prior written notice to the Company.
