Common use of EFFECTIVE DATES AND IMPLEMENTATION Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATES AND IMPLEMENTATION. This Collective Agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019, inclusive. Subject to Article 22.02 [Retroactivity], this Collective Agreement shall be implemented from the date of signing this Agreement.

Subject to Article 22.02 [Retroactivity]36.2, this all negotiated changes from the previous Collective Agreement shall be implemented are effective from the date of signing this Agreementratification by both parties. Notwithstanding the expiry date, the Collective Agreement shall remain in effect until the parties reach agreement on a new Collective Agreement or a strike or lockout occurs pursuant to the Trade Union Act.
