Effective Dates and Rates. The new salary schedule shall go into effect July 1, 2019 and shall reflect hourly rates, based on the following: ● Step 0, through and including step 4, will reflect index increases of 1.025 ● Step 5 will reflect an index of 1.028 ● Step 6, through and including Step 9, will reflect index increases of 1.025 ● Step 10 will reflect an index of 1.028 ● Step 11 will reflect an index of 1.025 ● Step 12 will reflect an index of 1.04 • Step 13 will be added and will reflect an index of 1.04 ● Step 15 will reflect an index of 1.047 ● Step 20 will reflect an index of 1.046 ● Step 25 will reflect an index of 1.050
