Common use of Effective Leave Date Clause in Contracts

Effective Leave Date. The employee shall begin leave at mutually agreed date that has been decided upon with the administration prior to the expected date of normal birth of the child. If a date cannot be agree on, the Board, for the protection of the expectant mother shall set a cut-off date of employment no later than four (4) months prior to the expected date of delivery.
